With ANZ Moneyline, you can delight in better savings with low rates at 6.6% p.a. and enjoy flexibility with ANZ MoneyLine Term Loan. The monthly repayment is low which is 3% of outstanding balance on your line of credit, a minimum payment of S$30, whichever is higher. No guarantor or collateral is needed to appply for this loan.


The ANZ MoneyLine account is a line of credit facility that offers extra cash assessibility at a low interest rate of 17.88% p.a. This facility comes with a cheque book and an ATM card to withdraw cash. The loan also gives you the flexibility to withdraw cash and repay minimum due or opt to repay fixed monthly installments through the ANZ MoneyLine Term loan facility. Financing amount provided will be up to 4 times your monthly income. For example, if your monthly income is S$5,000, you can be assigned a limit up to S$20,000 subject to approval.

Requirements to apply

  • Applicant must be between aged 21 and 65 years old
  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: Minimum income of S$30,000 p.a.
  • Foreigners: Minimum income of S$60,000 p.a.

Supporting documents are required during your application:

  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: Copy of your Identification Card (front and back) and with the following documents
  • Foreigners:  Copy of your valid Employment Pass (valid for at least 9 months) and copy of your Passport and Proof of residence and with the following documents.

For Salaried Employees

  • CPF Statement for the last 6 months or
  • Latest computerised payslip or
  • Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment (accompanied with the latest computerised payslip or CPF Statement for the last 6 months).

For Self-Employed

  • Income Tax Notice of Assessment for the last 2 years.

For Commission-based Earners

  • CPF Statement for the last 6 months or
  • Income Tax Notice of Assessment for the last 2 years or
  • Commission Statement from your company for the last 6 months.


Upon approval of your Moneyline, you will be issued a chequebook and ATM Card where you will be able to withdraw your credit. The cheque book will be mailed to you 10 days from the date of approval. You will be able to withdraw up to $3,000 cash per day with the ATM card worldwide with Cirrus.


A $50 fee will be charged upon approval of ANZ Moneyline account.


ANZ Moneyline is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents from 21 to 65 years old with a minimum annual income of $30,000.

ANZ Moneyline Term loan
ANZ Moneyline Term loan allows you to draw down an installment loan from your ANZ MoneyLine account, a cash loan with fixed monthly repayments over a tenure of your choice: 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.
Usage is till your full approved credit limit. Each time you repay in part or full the amount you have previously utilised, your credit line gets automatically restored by the same amount making it possible to draw on your line of credit repeatedly as long as there is available credit balance in your account. For example, for an account with a credit limit of S$10,000 where S$2,000 is used, there will still be S$8,000 credit balance available to you. After making a repayment of S$1,000, the remaining credit balance will be restored to S$9,000.
The prevailing interest rate for ANZ MoneyLine is 17.88% per annum or 1.49% per month. It is charged only on the amount that you use, and it is accrued on a daily basis.
